Aura is equal parts crisp & clean from fermenting under pressure, naturally bright from four weeks of lagering, beautiful head retention, tighter bubbles from natural carbonation via the German ‘spunding’ technique & West Coast hopped, leading to a pilsner with aromas of Meyer lemon, guava and passion fruit.
