This new spin on a classic and beloved Tunnerman’s cask ale recipe is a collaboration with Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Foundation and incorporates indigenous Labrador Tea sourced from Camosun bog in the boil to add a distinct Pacific Northwest character of cedar, resin and green tea and an English sense of balance and drinkability.
