Combining a dry fermentation style with a West Coast steam beer fermentation profile, Skyrocket’s balanced blend of Cascadian and New Zealand hops bring forth a subtle sweetness and a vapor trail of pineapple and bright citrus for a crisp, deceptively crushable IPA that soars to new heights.
